
Douglas M. Vogel
Practice Areas:
Doug concentrates his practice in the areas of elder law, estate and trust planning, probate, and small business formation. He is also a VA accredited attorney and he has helped many Veterans and widows of Veterans obtain the VA Pension with Aid and Attendance. Doug has professionally lectured on elder law, Medicaid eligibility, estate planning, and probate.
Experience and Education:
Doug began his legal career at age thirty-nine by accepting the Eagle Academic Scholarship at Faulkner University’s Jones School of Law in Montgomery, Alabama. While attending law school he worked as a Staff Assistant with the Beasley Allen Law Firm in 2003 and 2004. In October of 2004 he accepted a position in practice with long time Montgomery estate planning attorney Tom Kotouc. In April of 2007, Doug was admitted to the Alabama State Bar, and later the Florida Bar. He is now the managing member of Vogel Law Firm, LLC.

Doug is an active member of the Elder Law Section of the Alabama Bar, the Montgomery County Bar, and the Christian Legal Society.
Prior Experience:
Prior work experiences include: Loan Officer with United Carolina Bank in Shallotte, North Carolina; Youth Minister with the Church of Christ in Ballinger, Texas; and Special Education teacher in San Angelo, Texas.
Doug resides in Wetumpka, Alabama with his wife, Ann. They have two adult children. His interests include golf, fishing, kayaking, and helping lead the men’s ministry at his church.

John B. Bradley
John’s Why:
John helps spouses and parents plan for the future, adult children and heirs with decisions during moments of loss, business owners who desire to make wise decisions, school leaders who yearn to educate children well, and community leaders who desire to contribute their talents and gifts to local needs. John practices law to advise, guide, and assist clients to diligently steward resources and fulfill obligations and responsibilities towards family members, neighbors and future generations.

John concentrates his practice in the areas of elder law, estate and trust planning and administration, probate, small business formation, non-profit formation and consulting. An experienced education administrator in K-12 and secondary education, John is excited to advise heads of school and school boards to navigate the complexity of school formation, legal compliance, and 1st Amendment issues.
Experience and Education:
Originally from North Carolina, John earned his B.S. and M.A. in History from Appalachian State University and his J.D. from Faulkner University’s Jones School of Law where he served as a Senior Editor on the Faulkner Law Review and as Honor Court Prosecutor. After law school John served as an Assistant Dean of Admissions at Faulkner University’s Jones School of Law and as Head of School of a K-12 private school. John has also served the Montgomery Volunteer Lawyers Program and the Alabama State Bar as part of its Lawyer Incubator Task Force. He is now an associate attorney at Vogel Law Firm, LLC.

John is an active member of the Elder Law Section of the Alabama Bar.
Military Service:
John has served as a US Marine Reservist and is currently serving as a Judge Advocate in the Alabama Army National Guard.

John resides in Wetumpka, Alabama with his wife, Sarah Joy, a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a heart to serve others, he is the father of two children. Interests and hobbies include dreaming of owning a farm, traveling with Sarah, whole hog barbeque, supporting his church’s ministries, and reading and studying in the fields of law, leadership, classical education, organizational health, and history.

Gerald A. “Jerry” Daniel, Jr.
Of Counsel
Experience and Education:
Jerry Daniel holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the United States Air Force Academy, a Masters Degree in Public Administration from Troy State University, and a Juris Doctorate from the Thomas Goode Jones School of Law. Mr. Daniel is admitted to practice before the Alabama Supreme Court, the United States District Court for the Middle District of Alabama, and the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Alabama.
Practice Areas:
Jerry Daniel’s primary practice areas are Elder Law, Wills and Estates, Corporate Law, Homeowners Associations concerns, and Probate Law.
Current Memberships:
Jerry is a current member of the Elder Law Section of the Alabama State Bar.
Prior experience:
Mr. Daniel is retired from the United States Air Force where he served as a navigator aboard weather reconnaissance and combat aircraft. Mr. Daniel is married to Dawn Daniel, who is also retired from the Air Force, and is glad to call Millbrook home.
